Terms & Conditions
Our team typically conducts investigations on weekends. Special consideration is given on an “as needed” basis. Please bring any such circumstances to the attention of your case manager when you are contacted to schedule. GMPS requests that there be a minimum number of people on site during the investigation. For this reason, we require that you not invite additional guests or spectators. We understand and respect their curiosity, and would be happy to answer their questions prior to the investigation. This is done in order to reduce external contamination of our evidence. Pets must be removed from the location during the investigation. This is done to keep the chances of our invertigators from hurting or being hurt by you pets, and to reduce the chances of them making sounds that could cause false positives. Our case manager will contact you within 48 hours of emailing us, and when the case manager calls please know that at that time you will interviewed about what has happened. This interview can last 30 mins to 2 hours.
Please also open and print out the request for an investigation form, fill it out and have it ready when the GMPS team comes to do the walk through.
