Clare was born and raised and still lives in Baltimore City. She has always liked the unexplainable and more recently has enjoyed learning to explain it. Although her schedule doesn't allow her to go on as many investigations as she would like to, she thoroughly enjoys being a member of the GMPS team. And in 2009 married Jim Stoner.
